📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the coordination and management of the company's fleet of vehicles.,Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules and ensure timely servicing.,Track fuel consumption and manage fuel procurement.,Coordinate with drivers and ensure compliance with safety regulations.,Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation related to fleet operations.,Support the Fleet Coordinator in achieving operational goals and targets.,Assist in the organization of fleet-related events and activities.,Provide administrative support to the Fleet Coordinator as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance and repair.

🛠️ Keahlian

Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (WordExcelPowerPoint).Familiarity with fleet management software like GeotabFleet Completeor similar.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.Ability to drive and operate various types of vehicles (preferred but not mandatory).
