📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing the retail store by ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.,Conduct regular inventory checks and maintain accurate records.,Assist in organizing and executing sales promotions and special events.,Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their purchases.,Support the sales team in achieving daily and monthly sales targets.,Maintain a clean and organized retail space.,Assist in training new staff members on retail sales techniques.,Provide feedback and suggestions to improve sales strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems is a plus.,Excellent customer service skills and a passion for helping others.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 20 kg.,Fluent in Indonesian and English is preferred.
