As a Clerk of Works (Mechanical & Electrical), you will be responsible for managing and coordinating M&E activities on-site, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless integration of M&E systems within the building.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the implementation of M&E systems, including electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
• Monitor project progress, quality, and budget, providing regular reports to the project manager.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, conducting regular inspections and audits.
• Manage and maintain project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and contracts.
• Conduct site inspections and quality checks to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Resolve any issues or discrepancies that arise during the project, working with stakeholders to find effective solutions.
• Ensure all work is completed in accordance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in M&E project management, with a strong background in mechanical and electrical systems.
• Proficiency in using AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant software.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, standards, and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines.
• Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
