📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations and performance of the department.,Develop and implement strategies to improve departmental efficiency and productivity.,Manage a team of employees, providing guidance, support, and recognition.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Collaborate with other departments to achieve organizational goals.,Monitor departmental budgets and expenses, ensuring financial accountability.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.,Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a management role.,Proven track record of successfully managing a department.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Experience in a similar industry is a plus.,Familiarity with HR management and best practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a must.
