You will work closely with the Production Manager to oversee daily production activities, maintain quality standards, and ensure that all production targets are met. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Production Manager in overseeing daily production activities.,Ensure that all production processes are followed correctly and efficiently.,Maintain quality standards and conduct regular quality checks.,Monitor production progress and identify any bottlenecks or issues.,Ensure that all production targets are met and maintained.,Assist in the training and development of junior production staff.,Maintain a clean and organized production area.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in the food production industry.,Strong knowledge of food production processes and quality standards.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Attention to detail and a keen eye for quality.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the food industry.,Ability to work as part of a team and independently.,Familiarity with basic computer software and equipment.
