Puskesmas Umar Medical Center is seeking a dedicated Fleet Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the fleet of vehicles used by our healthcare facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fleet management and a passion for ensuring the smooth operation of our transportation services.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the fleet of vehicles, including scheduling regular maintenance and repairs.,Coordinate with drivers and ensure they are properly trained and licensed.,Monitor fuel consumption and expenses, and ensure compliance with all safety regulations.,Organize and schedule vehicle usage for medical staff and patients.,Oversee the cleaning and upkeep of all vehicles in the fleet.,Handle any vehicle-related emergencies or breakdowns promptly and efficiently.,Maintain accurate records of all fleet activities and generate reports as needed.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of fleet services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and practices.,Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
