📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures,Oversee employee benefits and compensation,Conduct performance appraisals and employee development programs,Handle employee relations and conflict resolution,Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations,Manage employee records and documentation,Coordinate with management on HR-related matters

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with HRIS and other HR software,Proven track record of successful recruitment and retention strategies,Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with employees and management
