LUMEN Indonesia is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products and services to potential customers. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong sales background, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. This is a hybrid position, allowing you to work from our office in Deli Serdang and remotely.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and pursue sales leads to meet and exceed quarterly targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.,Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities.,Prepare and present sales proposals to potential customers.,Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.,Provide excellent customer service and support to existing clients.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other sales-related events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment.,Strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using sales software and CRM systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with the Indonesian market and consumer behavior.,Willingness to travel for business purposes.
