📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the outlet, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and sales tracking.,Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and resolving any issues promptly.,Drive sales growth by implementing effective marketing strategies and promoting our products.,Maintain a clean and organized outlet, adhering to health and safety regulations.,Manage staff performance, providing training and development opportunities as needed.,Monitor and report on outlet performance, including sales, customer feedback, and operational efficiency.,Collaborate with the regional manager to ensure consistency in brand standards and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role within the F&B or retail industry.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.,Familiarity with POS systems and sales tracking software is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
