Mebelindo Luxury Furnishings is looking for a dedicated Store Administrator to manage and oversee the daily operations of our premium furniture retail store in Jakarta. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the store, managing staff, and providing excellent customer service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the daily operations of the store, including inventory, sales, and customer service.,Oversee the performance of store staff, providing training and support as needed.,Ensure that the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing to customers.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.,Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies to meet store targets.,Maintain accurate records of store transactions, inventory, and staff performance.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote store events and special offers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail or administrative role, preferably in the furniture industry.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with retail management software and POS systems is a plus.
