📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for our products and services.,Collaborate with product teams to ensure accuracy and completeness of technical content.,Review and edit technical documents to ensure clarity, consistency, and adherence to style guidelines.,Develop and implement technical writing processes and procedures.,Train and mentor other team members on technical writing best practices.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Work with cross-functional teams to gather information and clarify technical concepts.,Ensure that technical documentation is accessible to a diverse audience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing.,Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.,Familiarity with technical documentation tools and software.,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).,Experience with Markdown, HTML, or other technical documentation formats is a plus.
