📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee day-to-day operations of the assigned department,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures,Coordinate with team members to achieve departmental goals,Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock accuracy,Assist in training and development of staff,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly,Prepare and present regular reports to management,Participate in inventory management and control activities

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role,Strong leadership and communication skills,Proficiency in using office software and inventory management systems,Familiarity with retail operations and customer service standards,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Knowledge of Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior,Fluency in Indonesian language is a plus
