📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of operational strategies.,Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.,Manage and coordinate with various departments to achieve organizational goals.,Monitor and analyze operational performance to identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Lead and mentor operational staff to enhance their performance and development.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Prepare and present operational reports to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in operational management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of operational management principles and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Must be fluent in Indonesian and English.
