📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the daily operations and management of the store, ensuring smooth and efficient running of the business.,Oversee inventory management, including stock control, ordering, and replenishment.,Manage and train store staff, ensuring high levels of customer service and sales performance.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote sales and increase customer engagement.,Monitor store performance metrics and provide regular reports to the store manager.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local regulations.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail management role.,Strong knowledge of retail operations and inventory management.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.,Proven ability to develop and implement effective training programs for staff.,Understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
