📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the fleet, including scheduling and route planning.,Ensure the safety and maintenance of all vehicles.,Monitor and manage the performance of drivers, providing feedback and coaching as needed.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage and performance.,Participate in training programs to keep up-to-date with industry standards and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Captain or similar role in the transportation industry.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Knowledge of local traffic laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Familiarity with fleet management software and tools.,Commitment to safety and adherence to company policies and procedures.
