📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize the operation of Centralized Cooling Systems (CCS) for residential projects
• Coordinate with technical teams to ensure timely maintenance and repairs of CCS
• Gather and analyze resident feedback to identify operational improvements
• Develop and implement resident satisfaction surveys and feedback mechanisms
• Monitor and report on CCS performance metrics and resident satisfaction levels
• Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to address operational challenges
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations for CCS operations
• Maintain accurate records of CCS operations and resident feedback data

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in facility management, HVAC systems, or similar roles
• Certification in CCS systems or relevant technical qualifications
• Strong understanding of building automation systems and energy management
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM) software is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple priorities
