📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day financial operations of the company, including accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting.,Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth and profitability.,Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards.,Manage the company's cash flow and liquidity, ensuring adequate funding for operations.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.,Oversee the preparation of the company's annual budget and financial forecasts.,Manage relationships with external auditors and financial advisors.,Provide financial guidance and support to other departments as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance management role, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior management and other departments.,Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and regulations is a plus.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian is a plus.
