PT Wardhana Persada is seeking a Fleet Coordinator to join our team in Kediri, Jawa Timur. This is an immediate opportunity for an individual who is passionate about managing and coordinating our fleet of vehicles. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and a proven track record in fleet management.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are maintained and operated efficiently.,Oversee the scheduling and routing of vehicles to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.,Monitor fuel consumption and vehicle maintenance schedules to prevent breakdowns and ensure compliance with safety regulations.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to resolve any issues related to the fleet.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and fuel consumption.,Ensure that all vehicles are properly insured and that all necessary permits and licenses are up to date.,Work closely with the logistics team to optimize fleet performance and reduce costs.,Provide regular reports on fleet performance and maintenance to management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum 3 years of experience in fleet management or a related role.,Strong knowledge of logistics and fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Valid driver's license and good driving record.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Ability to speak and understand Indonesian is a plus.
