Zone Net Sejahtera is seeking a Fleet Coordinator to manage and maintain our fleet of vehicles. This is a hybrid role, allowing you to work both in the office and remotely. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fleet management and a passion for maintaining a safe and efficient fleet.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in good working condition.,Oversee vehicle maintenance schedules, including oil changes, tire rotations, and other routine services.,Coordinate with mechanics and service providers to ensure timely and efficient repairs.,Monitor fuel consumption and implement strategies to reduce costs.,Ensure all vehicles are compliant with safety regulations and have up-to-date documentation.,Track vehicle usage and performance, providing reports to management as needed.,Handle vehicle bookings and schedules for company use.,Manage vehicle insurance and registration renewals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures.,Proficient in using fleet management software and other relevant tools.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
