📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a team of employees, ensuring they meet their targets and objectives.,Coordinate and supervise daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.,Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and performance.,Monitor team performance and provide feedback to ensure continuous improvement.,Resolve conflicts and address issues within the team to maintain a positive work environment.,Collaborate with other departments to achieve organizational goals.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Experience in team building and motivation.,Knowledge of HR practices and procedures.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
