📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the sales team to meet daily targets.,Handle all cash transactions accurately and efficiently.,Maintain accurate financial records and reports.,Assist in inventory management and procurement.,Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.,Train and mentor junior staff members.,Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and cash handling roles.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Strong knowledge of financial transactions and record-keeping.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in spreadsheet software.,Familiarity with dental clinic operations is a plus.,Must be fluent in Indonesian and English.
