📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract and hire top-tier talent.,Lead and mentor the talent acquisition team, providing guidance and support.,Conduct job analyses and design effective job descriptions and requirements.,Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Manage the recruitment process from initial screening to onboarding.,Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and requirements.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.,Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,5-7 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a proven track record of successful hires.,Strong understanding of the local job market and ability to build and maintain relationships with employers and candidates.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Familiarity with labor laws and regulations is a plus.
