📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Design and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Identify training needs and develop innovative solutions.
  • Create and deliver training materials, including workshops, webinars, and e-learning modules.
  • Conduct needs assessments and provide feedback to management on training effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with managers to integrate learning and development initiatives into the company's strategic goals.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
  • Evaluate and improve existing training programs.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in learning and development, preferably in a corporate setting.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in using learning management systems and multimedia tools.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
  • Creative and strategic thinker with a passion for continuous learning.
