📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Promote Total Bersama Insurance products and services to potential clients through various marketing channels.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.,Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences.,Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to increase customer acquisition and retention.,Organize and participate in marketing events, trade shows, and promotional activities.,Monitor and analyze marketing performance to ensure the achievement of sales targets.,Provide excellent customer service and support to existing clients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing or sales, preferably in the insurance industry.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other marketing tools.,Familiarity with local market dynamics and customer behavior in Banjarmasin.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Fluency in Indonesian language is a must; English proficiency is a plus.
