📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement mining strategies to ensure operational excellence and compliance with safety regulations.
• Oversee the planning, coordination, and direction of mining activities, including exploration, extraction, and processing.
• Lead and mentor a team of mining engineers and professionals to drive innovation and efficiency.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to ensure a safe working environment.
• Monitor and optimize production efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness of mining operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sustainable mining practices.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Represent the company in industry forums and professional networks to advance our mining operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in mining engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing mining projects and operations.
• Strong knowledge of mining regulations, safety standards, and environmental best practices.
• Proficiency in using mining software and tools such as AutoCAD, Surpac, and MineSight.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
