📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the assigned retail outlet, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Manage a team of sales associates, providing training, guidance, and support.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, resolving them in a timely and satisfactory manner.,Conduct regular inventory checks and manage stock levels to optimize profitability.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and coordination.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing retail outlets and driving sales growth.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant retail management software.,Knowledge of retail industry trends and best practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
