📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage ordering.,Ensure that the restaurant is clean, safe, and well-maintained, and that all health and safety regulations are followed.,Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract and retain customers.,Train and develop the restaurant staff to ensure that they are knowledgeable, skilled, and motivated.,Monitor and analyze sales and financial performance, and make data-driven decisions to improve profitability.,Build and maintain positive relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders.,Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers, staff, and stakeholders.,Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management, menu planning, and cost control.,Experience with POS systems and restaurant management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
