📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and monitor the Accounts Receivable process, ensuring accurate and timely recording of transactions.,Prepare and analyze financial reports, providing insights to support decision-making.,Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve any issues related to Accounts Receivable.,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in SAP.,Provide bilingual support to clients and internal teams, facilitating effective communication.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency of the Accounts Receivable process.,Train and mentor junior staff to ensure high standards of work are maintained.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable or a similar role.,Proficiency in SAP, including knowledge of modules relevant to Accounts Receivable.,Bilingual skills in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Knowledge of financial regulations and best practices.
