📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and draft accurate and detailed garment patterns using industry-standard software and tools.,Collaborate with designers, product developers, and other stakeholders to ensure patterns meet design specifications and production requirements.,Conduct pattern grading and alteration to accommodate different body types and sizes.,Review and approve patterns for production, ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulations.,Mentor and train junior pattern makers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.,Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in pattern making and garment design.,Contribute to the development of new product lines and designs, supporting the brand's growth and innovation.,Work closely with the production team to address any issues or challenges related to pattern making and garment production.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in pattern making, with a proven track record in garment design and development.,Proficient in using industry-standard pattern making software, such as Gerber Accumark, Lectra Modaris, or similar.,Strong understanding of garment construction, fit, and drape, with the ability to translate design concepts into accurate patterns.,Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Familiarity with Indonesian fashion industry standards, regulations, and quality control processes.,Ability to travel as needed for client meetings, trade shows, or other business-related activities.
