📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the site's administrative functions, including office supplies, equipment, and facilities.,Oversee the day-to-day operations of the site, ensuring all activities are conducted efficiently and safely.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless operations and effective communication.,Implement and enforce health and safety protocols to protect employees and visitors.,Handle employee relations, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.,Maintain accurate records and reports for administrative and operational purposes.,Ensure compliance with all local, national, and international regulations and standards.,Develop and implement strategies to improve site operations and employee satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in site administration or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of administrative procedures and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using administrative software and tools.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
