📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop high-performance analogue integrated circuits using industry-standard tools such as Cadence Virtuoso, HSPICE, and MATLAB.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that integrated circuits meet performance, power, and area specifications.
• Conduct simulations and analyses to verify the functionality and performance of analogue ICs.
• Develop and maintain design documentation, including schematics, layouts, and test plans.
• Participate in design reviews and provide technical input to ensure design quality and adherence to best practices.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, and apply this knowledge to improve existing designs and develop new solutions.
• Support the testing and validation of analogue ICs, including the development and execution of test plans.
• Work closely with the manufacturing team to ensure that analogue ICs are manufactured to the highest standards of quality and reliability.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in analogue IC design, with a strong background in circuit design and simulation.
• Proven experience with analogue IC design tools such as Cadence Virtuoso, HSPICE, and MATLAB.
• Strong understanding of analogue circuit design principles, including amplifiers, filters, and data converters.
• Experience with PCB layout and design, including the use of tools such as Altium Designer or Mentor Graphics.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Professional certification in analogue IC design (e.g., Certified Analog Designer, or CAD) is a plus.
