📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Performing data entry for financial transactions and maintaining accurate records
• Assisting in bank reconciliation and ensuring the accuracy of financial records
• Preparing and analyzing financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
• Assisting in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial statements
• Processing invoices, payments, and other financial documents
• Supporting the finance team in the preparation of financial forecasts and budgets
• Assisting in the preparation of tax returns and ensuring compliance with tax regulations
• Providing administrative support to the finance department, including filing and organizing financial documents

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a finance or accounting role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks or SAP
• Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team and under pressure
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages
