- Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Lead and mentor a team of HR professionals to support our global workforce.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee development programs.
- Foster a positive and inclusive company culture.
- Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Ensure compliance with local and international labor laws.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to drive organizational change and growth.
- Utilize HRIS (Human Resource Information System) tools like BambooHR or Workday to streamline HR processes.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 10 years of experience in HR leadership roles, preferably in a remote or international setting.
- Proven track record of driving HR strategy and execution.
- Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia and other relevant markets.
- Certification in HR management or a related field (e.g., SHRM-SCP, PHR, or CHRP).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Experience with HRIS tools like BambooHR or Workday.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
