📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain an accurate and up-to-date inventory system using SAP MM and Oracle SCM.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure that they are always optimized to meet production demands.
• Conduct regular inventory audits to identify discrepancies and take corrective actions.
• Work closely with suppliers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials.
• Prepare and analyze reports to provide insights into inventory trends and performance.
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure that materials are available when needed.
• Implement and monitor inventory control policies and procedures.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in inventory management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a material control or inventory management role.
• Proven experience with SAP MM and Oracle SCM is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with inventory control policies and procedures.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma or a related field is a plus.
