📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and process incoming payments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Track and reconcile accounts receivable, maintaining detailed financial records.
• Follow up on overdue invoices and work with clients to resolve payment issues.
• Use financial software such as SAP or Oracle to manage and analyze financial data.
• Prepare and submit monthly financial reports to the finance team.
• Assist in the preparation of year-end financial statements.
• Maintain excellent customer service by providing timely and professional communication with clients.
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts receivable, payment processing, or a similar role.
• Proficiency in using financial software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English and Indonesian.
