📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales promotion strategies to increase product sales and market share.,Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences.,Create and manage sales campaigns, including promotions, discounts, and special offers.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging and branding.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other sales events to promote our products.,Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales promotion or a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong knowledge of market trends, competition, and customer behavior.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with sales promotion tools and software is a plus.,Fluent in Indonesian and English is required.
