• Lead and manage a team of bartenders to ensure exceptional service and customer satisfaction
• Develop and refine cocktail menus, incorporating seasonal ingredients and creative techniques
• Oversee inventory management and ensure proper stock levels of ingredients and supplies
• Train and mentor bartenders on proper techniques, product knowledge, and customer service
• Collaborate with event and marketing teams to support special occasions and promotions
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food handling and alcohol service laws
• Monitor bar performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to improve operations
• Contribute to the overall brand strategy and vision for the bar experience

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a bartender, with at least 2 years in a management role
• Proven track record of leading high-performing bar teams and driving sales growth
• Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, including classic and modern cocktail preparation
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate your team
• Familiarity with POS systems, inventory management software, and other industry-standard tools
• Certification in basic food safety and alcohol service (e.g., SSP, SIAL, or equivalent) is a plus
• Passion for creating unique and memorable guest experiences
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and adapt to changing priorities
