📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Implement and monitor workplace safety protocols and procedures.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits.
• Provide training and awareness programs on safety and environmental issues.
• Develop and maintain safety documentation and records.
• Ensure compliance with local and international health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Investigate and report on accidents and near-misses.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Health, Safety, Environment, or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in HSE or related roles.
• Knowledge of Indonesian occupational safety and health regulations (Peraturan K3).
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and SAP.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Willingness to travel and work in Bali.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
