CBM Pte Ltd is seeking a talented and experienced Projects Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of various engineering projects within the real estate and property sector. You will work closely with our clients, project managers, and engineers to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of engineering projects.,Coordinate with clients, project managers, and engineers to ensure project goals are met.,Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.,Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or issues.,Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.,Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders.,Manage project documentation and ensure accurate record-keeping.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the real estate and property sector.,Strong knowledge of engineering principles and practices.,Proficient in project management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work effectively in a team environment.,Fluency in English is required.
