📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Identify and develop new distribution channels to expand our retail presence in Semarang and surrounding areas.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key retailers, wholesalers, and distributors.
• Ensure timely delivery of products to meet customer demands and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure stock availability.
• Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Provide regular sales reports and updates to the sales manager.
• Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote our products and services.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, distribution, or a related field.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
